LAVVIT’s Philosophy
German systemic thinking - Italian legal creativity
Systemic thinking, pleasure in argumentation and legal battle
The special quality of the performance of LAVVIT consists in working with the client and as a team towards the goal of an economic solution. With professionalism and legal and intercultural competence from two legal worlds, we can achieve this together.
LAVVIT combines the best of two legal worlds, the German and the Italian: German thinking in (legal) systems, Italian language creativity and the desire to argue. In this way, LAVVIT wants to achieve the best result for its clients in the legal battle. Professionalism is of course the basis of all activities at LAVVIT.
LAVVIT brings in legal expertise from both legal worlds. Italian solicitors and German lawyers have studied law at German and Italian universities and continue their education regularly.
LAVVIT brings intercultural competence to legal disputes. German-Italian legal transactions are about more than facts and paragraphs: What is the mentality of my contractual partners or opponents in the legal dispute? Do they see certain aspects differently based on their cultural background? LAVVIT clarifies that - competently and soberly in the matter, attentive and sensitive between the lines.
LAVVIT offers mastery of both legal cultures. While in Italian disputes one asks the opponent in a friendly manner, in Germany one has to ask him clearly. The supreme German civil court, the Federal Court of Justice, sees no legally relevant action in a request.
LAVVIT works as a team: The cases are discussed and solved together. The client is an important part of the team. LAVVIT Attorneys and Lawyers are experts in law, the client is an expert on the matter. That is why close cooperation is necessary.
LAVVIT is geared towards profitability: No client benefits from extensive legal explanations or brilliant legal work if they do not bring any economic added value. Ideally, legal solutions bring the client economic added value.
LAVVIT works towards one goal: to deliver a good service. Success in law often also depends on external factors such as contractual partners or judges. LAVVIT, therefore, places even more value on clean legal work, clear argumentation and a certain perseverance.
Last but not least, LAVVIT is the body responsible for the administration of justice and is therefore not just a service provider. This means that LAVVIT is committed to the law and the rule of law. This means, for example, that in family law we see the rights of the child as the top priority, but in criminal law we also make the rights of the accused or charged client very clear to the court and the public prosecutor's office. LAVVIT is on an equal footing with these other organs of the administration of ju
